Ultrasonic/Infrared Interactive Whiteboards |

| Ultrasonic interactive whiteboards use ultrasonic frequencies to sense stylus or finger touch input on the board surface. Two microphones on diagonal corners sense interference in ultrasonic frequencies and send this information to the controller. Some boards also use a hybrid of ultrasonic and infrared sensing technologies to triangulate the position of the input device. |
