| Front projection interactive whiteboards derive their name from the fact that they become an extension of your computer by virtue of a projector. Since the image is projected from the front on to the board, it is called a front projection interactive whiteboard. There are sensors on the interactive whiteboard that track the movement of the input device (stylus, electronic pen or fingers) and afford users the same functionality as their computer, albeit on a much bigger canvas. Front projection interactive whiteboards serve as ideal tools for business presentations, classroom lessons and other interactive activities. They can be mounted both on a stand or a wall. |
